Challenge
Miguel wanted to turn his vision of a tool to help small business with advertising into a reality. He needed a team that could help him build a scalable and reliable platform that could handle rapid user growth and provide a seamless user experience at scale. Miguel had already employed an off-shore dev shop to complete part of the work but was unhappy with the quality of the work and the communication. He needed a team that could take over the project and deliver a high-quality product on time and within spec.
Our Solution
Pro Stack developer Steven worked with Miguel to architect and develop his product Otis AI from the ground up. Designing and deploying a scalable and reliable backend system with NodeJS hosted in Amazon Web Services. Designing and developing a scalable database architecture using MongoDB in Atlas. Building out a fast and secure React Native mobile app for both iOS and Android. As the product scaled we worked with Miguel on developer processes and management, automated testing and deployment systems, hiring and managing more technical resources for the team and working on compliance documents for partner integrations.
